Service Description

3DPay provides payment gateway services to merchants, facilitating online transactions and payment processing.

Merchant Obligations

Merchants must provide accurate information, maintain PCI DSS compliance, and promptly notify us of any security breaches or fraudulent activities.

Fees and Payments

Merchants agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in their agreement with 3DPay. Fees may be deducted from transaction proceeds or billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

3DPay's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with notice. 3DPay reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
